The Bunch in Quarantine Week #6..

Maisy's typical school day. It really messed her up when D was home last week....he takes her spot!
As with most of the country right now, we haven't been doing much of anything. D did have off this past week and we had wonderful family togetherness quarantining.  The baby chicks were finally moved outside. At least during the day they have outside time, we still bring them inside at night when it gets cool and during thunderstorms.
There is a HUGE size discrepancy. This baby barely comes up the the top of the legs of the full grown hens!

They aren't too sure of their new surroundings.

We also FINALLY got the travel trailer's warranty work finished from LAST MAY! It took them a year to not only order the right parts, but get ALL the parts, and install them. I see why so many rv-ers just do it themselves. It is the most frustrating experience. Unfortunately for the dealer, we can't go anywhere right now (or for the foreseeable future)so we have plenty of time to wait for them to fix the trailer. I was really disappointed that even with a new cabinet door they STILL couldn't line up the handles. It really bothers my OCD personality that they aren't even, especially since they are right next to each other. How hard could lining them up be?
I know it's close, but it would have been so easy to have just made them line up perfectly.

We have watched A LOT of movies lately. We generally watch a movie a day. We rented EMMA last night, which according to my husband is a remake of Clueless. I liked this version better than the one Gwyneth Paltrow did a few years ago, even my youngest son and husband found it entertaining, but overall we probably found the new Little Women movie the more entertaining of the two. We also watched the new Call of the Wild. It was really good. We all liked that one. The new Doolittle movie was way better than the one Eddie Murphy did a few years ago.  While we didn't think it was the best of the movies we have seen recently, they did do a great job with the special effects. We have also watched countless documentaries and older movies on Disney+. I have to say we bought Disney+ before all the stay at home orders and it has more than paid for itself. Disney+ is by far our favorite channel.

The kids are down to only 3-5 weeks of school, depending on their grade. Hopefully, once we finish school, life will re-open and we can go out and explore! We miss being able to have new adventures and experiences. The good news is A has almost completed all her driving practice and has really enjoyed having mostly empty streets and highways to practice on. Now, we need her to practice driving around other cars. She will probably have to miss her last year of eligibility for volleyball, but she understands it is out of her control. The kids have been so good during all this at home time. T is probably having the hardest time of everyone, but even he has handled it well. We are all ready to be able to see our friends again.
L has been memorized by the babies.

T hard at work

My Dad and D complained that they wanted more material for their face masks....hope this is enough!

Some of you have already brought it to my attention, but several of my posts have had the pictures taken down. I am not sure what has happened and have brought it to Googles attention and hopefully it will be resolved soon, but just know I am already aware of it. I have no idea why it has only affected some posts and not all of them. I may just take down the ones that have issues, but thank you for bringing it to my attention.

The Bunch Have A Hard Week

This was actually part of T's present. He had been begging D to do it.😂 It only stayed around a short while. After throwing such a fun and memorable birthday party for T at the lake with his basketball buddies, we have decided to part ways with the basketball organization. I cannot get past that evil man being anywhere near us or people I care about. I did make sure to give everyone a fair warning about the evil man and they can now hopefully make an informed decision about their level of involvement with him. I don't think T's too bothered by it. He didn't want to play this year anyways, but I had originally really wanted him to be around his friends. I am not sure what we will do instead, but I know he is happy to NOT have to run. He hates running. I am basically just feeling completely defeated. I trust no one and have a complete LACK of faith in police officers and lawyers. I know my husband is a good officer, but that's about it and the count is on until June

The Bunch Enjoy Easter

The Bunch ready to head to church to celebrate Easter. We had a wonderful Easter. The kids and I dyed eggs together. T made a fairly intricate Guns N Roses logo egg while A and I just enjoyed making pretty eggs. We have discovered that using food coloring makes for way brighter eggs than using the horrible Easter egg dye kits from the store. I participated in the egg hunt with the kids this year. It was so much fun! We laughed so hard as we all ran around trying to beat each other. Afterwards, we had our traditional egg gravy and went to church. We enjoyed a ham dinner and watched HOP. It was a great day.  T worked a long time on this egg. It was by far the most intricate egg he has ever done. He did a fantastic job! T actually fell down (you can tell by grass on his knee), but he wasn't going to lose no matter what! We had so much fun and laughter! It was great!! All smiles on our way to church. It was a little early still for A. The week has been pretty good. Better than I though

The Bunch Celebrate Valentine's Day And Grandma's Birthday

Obviously, now that my kids are all pretty much grown Valentine's isn't as big of deal to them. However, in keeping with tradition, not to mention the fact T still wanted out of school for the day, we still had a mini party.  I told them that this year I wasn't going to get them any candy, normally I get balloons and special treat for each of them, but this year I just wasn't feeling it so I decided I would buy them all pizza (a treat since I rarely allow pizza) and I had some little Bundt cakes to celebrate with. They all said they were fine with that. L doesn't really do sweets, A doesn't like chocolate, and T doesn't like truffles, but they all like pizza. We took the day off and fortunately didn't have any basketball related stuff. No practice, no games, a rare no basketball day. We watched a movie, played some minute to win it games, and just basically enjoyed a nice low key day.  I remember the old days when they were little and we would all make
