Ever since A Christmas Story Musical came out on TV several years ago, we always watch it every Christmas. This year Bass Hall was performing it for a weekend and A bought us all tickets to go and see it! Unfortunately, she was still crazy sick and really didn't get to thoroughly enjoy it, but the rest of us had a fabulous time! We were all laughing and just really enjoying our day. We also wandered around Sundance square and took pictures with all the Christmas decor. I will say their large Christmas tree looked pretty sad. It was very sparse and looked liked it died a couple of months ago. However, the ornaments and lights were pretty.

| Seeing all the festive decor really puts you in the Christmas spirit! I love Christmas!! |
| Someone was letting their kids play in the water! It was pretty cold!! The tree didn't look too bad from a far. |
| The seats in the balcony were nice. Honestly, I think I like sitting in the balcony better than on the floor. You can see more and the restroom is easier to get to so you miss the crazy lines. |
| As you can see, the tree up close was very sparse and sad. |

| It's tradition. |
A managed to take me down with her and I was pretty ill this week too, but thankfully it was after our show. A had it worse than I did and I actually ended up taking her to Urgent Care. She was basically told just to suck it up and deal with it because it's viral so they can't give her any antibiotics. They did prescribe some crazy strong cough and nausea medication. It basically just knocked her out and let her sleep. I think the worst part was just how stopped up our heads were. It didn't really ever settle in our chests, but it felt like I couldn't breath out of my nose for days! We're both on the mend now though thank goodness. Luckily, T and D haven't been sick.
So far this has been a great Christmas season, illness aside. I was pretty much done shopping before December and it's been very low stress. I am just enjoying the holidays with my family. I hope everyone else is too!

| T just watched Mission Impossible so his night to do Cookie reflects that. It was pretty good. |
| On A's night, she had Cookie play Christmas Monopoly. The cats really loved this one and I am still finding hotels and dice under the furniture!😂 Noelle is also driving us crazy with getting in the tree. My tree might not make it to Christmas or she will live bedroom. One of the two. |
| T made cookies not only for his troop, but also for A's work.🥰 |
